Your technician Steve came out to perform the quarterly maintenance of our A/C system and ice machines. As he proceeded through each checklist and component between our two buildings, he got the attention of some of the Foremen and our Operations Manager. They had each made comments to me as to the professional and articulate job Steve was performing. Steve debriefed me at the conclusion of the checks making me aware of not only the things he saw but assisted me in anticipating future maintenance and repair/replacement needs better preparing me for capital investments. I needed work done on my A/C unit.  I made repeated calls to the company that installed the unit, but they never returned my calls.  I called B&G and they sent a young man right out. Chris found the wiring problem and took care of it right away. I've decided to have B&G also do the PM's on my machine, and would very highly recommend them to my family and friends.

I was very impressed when the owner came to our house to give us a free survey for not only our air conditioning problems, but also some electrical lighting and outside plugs we’ve always wanted. They also took the time to find us a great rebate on our new A/C. I highly recommend this company

B & G was awesome! They came out and did a preventative maintenance of the ac unit at my house. The guys were there on time, kept me updated on what was going on, and made sure all work was done correctly before leaving, On top of the wonderful service, I wasnt even charged for the work done. They made me aware of a rebate I could use on the preventative maintenance, as I was a new customer. I was very pleased with them all together, I would definitely use this company again and I recommend them to Everyone!

B&G Refrigeration put in a new air handler the same day I ordered it. The office gave me a quote with several different brands so I could choose something to better fit my budget. The installer was courteous and did very neat work. We also had one of their electricians out to change the breaker and he was out that same day to complete the work. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

We had excellent service today from B&G, and I would like to say timely service. They installed a heat pump for us. There were two technicians on the job, which made the job go faster. Everyone knows how hot it is now. They arrived at 9:15 a.m. and were finished at 1:15 p.m. The temperature never dropped below 78 degrees in the house. They never stopped, I never seen them take a break. They were very clean with their work. They were very courteous. They answered all of our questions, and made sure that everything was working properly before they left. The company gave us several quotes on different systems, so we might choose something we could afford. I was really dreading this day. Last year my next door neighbor had to replace his system. They were out there all afternoon and into the night. He should have called B&G, I did and everything went great!!
